CAROLINE O’BRIEN, P.T.

Owner of West Michigan Physical Therapy, PLLC since 2005. Prior to this she was employed by the same clinic. Caroline has been a licensed Physical Therapist for over 20 years and has been working in this region ever since. She is married and has 3 children. Caroline is compassionate and ambitious and wants the best for her patients.

KATHY TOOMAN, P.T.

A licensed Physical Therapist for over 30 years. Kathy has worked in a variety of settings including: coordinator and instructor of a PTA program, hospital physical therapy department, home care and private practice. Areas of specialization include motion and gait analysis, manual medicine and sports medicine. Kathy brings a diverse background and creative energy to every patient.

SUSAN HEYSE

Our office manager has been with WMPT since we opened. She is a Ludington native and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from WMU. Susan has worked in different areas of office management for over 25 years. She is married and has five sons. Susan will do her best to make your experience with WMPT pleasant and productive.

LISA RUTKOWSKI, P.T.A.

She has been working for WMPT for 3 years, starting as a Physical Therapist Technician. Lisa now works for WMPT as a Physical Therapist Assistant, since graduating from Baker College in Muskegon, in April of 2008. Lisa is married and has four children.

SHAWN MARKHAM, P.T.A.

Shawn joined the team at WMPT 2 years ago. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Aquinas College. Shawn now works for WMPT as a Physical Therapist Assistant, since graduating from Baker College in Muskegon, in April of 2009. Shawn is married and has three children.
